 Charlie – Line field with pylons (4) and cones (3), hang the flag
 Delta – Unlock the press box, upper bathrooms, turn on scoreboard
 Echo – Set up Scorer table (platform, table, chairs (2), and plastic box)
*We will be warming up down on the grass. We are wearing helmet, gloves, and gold shooter shirt.
6:15pm-6:30pm Movement Prep & Dynamic Warm Up
6:30pm-6:35pm Offense - Partner Passing
Defense & Goalies – Long Field Passing
6:35pm-6:45pm Offense/Defense – Line Drills
Goalie – Warm Up (Dahl)

*We will be wearing full gear and uniform (white jersey, white shorts, white socks, and gold shooter).
