 Alpha – Balls
 Bravo – Cages
 Charlie – Line field with pylons (4) and cones (3), hang the flag
 Delta – Unlock the press box, upper bathrooms, turn on scoreboard
 Echo – Set up Scorer table (platform, table, chairs (2), and plastic box)
*We will be warming up down on the grass. We are wearing helmet, gloves, and gold shooter shirt.
5:45pm-5:55pm Movement Prep & Dynamic Warm Up
5:55pm-6:00pm Offense - Partner Passing
Defense & Goalies – Long Field Passing
6:00pm-6:10pm Offense/Defense – Line Drills
Goalie – Warm Up

*We will be wearing full gear and uniform (white jersey, white shorts, white socks, and gold shooter).

6:30pm-6:40pm Offense – Dodging (5 minutes), Time & Room (5 minutes)
Defense – CB Drill (5 minutes), Banging Angles (5 minutes)
